From overwhelmed beginner to confident engineer

In 2014, fresh out of university, I stepped into my first role as an embedded systems engineer. It was an exciting yet daunting experience. Like many new engineers, I quickly realized the gap between academic knowledge and industry demands.

Thankfully, I had mentors who guided me through those formative years. Kent, my first mentor, taught me not just technical skills, but the mindset needed to thrive in this dynamic field. From him, I learned to think critically, write clean and maintainable code, and design systems in a structured, sustainable way.

These lessons became the foundation of my career. That's why I created this coaching program: to provide the coaching and support I wish I had at the start of my journey.

How I can help you

Over a 6-month coaching program, we'll take a hands-on, project-based approach to help you:

  • Master key skills: architecture-driven design, test-driven development, and coding best practices through real-world projects
  • Build the right mindset: critical thinking, problem-solving, and a sustainable approach to system design
  • Advance your career: personalized guidance on navigating the job market, acing interviews, and building a standout CV and portfolio

You won't just complete a program. You'll create a project that showcases your skills, backed by ongoing support from me and a community of like-minded engineers. Even after the coaching program ends, I'll be here to guide you when you need it.
